A more cost effective route for personal training, yet still customized, is to join a small group. I work with 2 to 4 people that have common goals and interests. Usually someone coordinates a group with people they know. If your looking for this but do not have a group in mind, please contact me. Benefits of small group personal training include proper form, injury prevention tips, customized progression and a built in support system. Without the full hourly rate!
